The Horizon Award is presented to people from the private sector who have helped to expand possibilities for all Americans through their own personal contribution, and have set an example for children through their achievements in life. Tom was a great co-player, grateful to be part of such a skilled and experienced team, who were constantly practicing and playing hard when his Magnum schedule allowed. ....
